I am very happy with the product and customer service from AromaTech. Before hearing about this company, I purchased a similar unit elsewhere. I had issues setting it up, so called and e-mailed numerous times. Never got a response. I returned the product and then found AromaTech. What a pleasure. They are easy to reach by phone and are patient and quite knowledgeable. Very happy customer!
