Where is AromaTech's Head Office?

Our Head office is located in beautiful Vancouver, Canada. Our warehouse is located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. USA. We offer FREE FEDEX GROUND SHIPPING on all orders to all locations in the United States. 

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, offering the best and most efficient shipping rates. Please contact hello@aromatechscent.com for more information on international shipments.

Do you offer financing?

Yes we offer instalment plans with both Shop Pay and Sezzle, allowing you to finance your purchases into month by month payments. Apply and select one of these options at checkout to see if you qualify.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOLD IN STORES?

Our products aren’t currently offered in stores. We understand that selecting the perfect scent and diffuser for your space can be challenging when you’re not able to smell in person. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

At this time AromaTech isn’t offering wholesale or re-sale options. If you're looking into setting up a scenting system, or are interested in our library of luxury scents, we’re happy to discuss further and build you a custom quote based on the unique requirements of your space. ORDERING & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can read our complete returns policy here. Please contact us at hello@aromatechscent.com for assistance with your return.

If you’d like to request a return please visit the AromaTech Returns Center to initiate a request. Please do not send back diffusers or oil without first consulting the returns center and filling out your information. This will ensure a speedy resolution.

*Note: If you purchase from a partner of ours be sure to check their return policy as it might differ from our policy. Once a return is accepted using our online portal, you have 28 days to send it back.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our Extended Holiday Return policy means that any purchase made after November 24th is eligible for return until January 4th or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is longer.

Once your return request has been authorized through the AromaTech Returns Center and received by our warehouse it will take 5-10 business days to process. You’ll receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR NEVER ARRIVES?

If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t delivered as per your tracking information, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@aromatechscent.com. To expedite a resolution, please include photos of the box that your order arrived in, and images of each item that arrived damaged.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?

AromaTech does not offer price adjustments.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALES AND PROMOTIONS?

Sales and promotions are run for a limited time only. Certain products, such as gift cards, AromaTech Care, diffuser accessories, and others are not eligible for sales and promotions. Each order placed is eligible for only one promotion at a time, they cannot be combined. During sales periods, customers will not be able to use discount codes at checkout. 

WHEN DO MY AROMA POINTS EXPIRE?

As of February 1, 2023 the AromaPoints program was retired. By signing up for our E-Mail newsletter you will be the first to know about upcoming launches, sales, promotions, and VIP shopping experiences.

I RECEIVED MY ITEM AS A GIFT - WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, please reach out to hello@aromatechscent.com, we’re happy to support you. Please note that if you’re able to obtain an Order Number from the gift-giver it will help us to expedite a resolution.

WHERE ARE YOUR OILS MADE?

Our aroma oils are made in our fragrance house located in New York, USA.

CAN I USE YOUR OILS IN ULTRASONIC WATER DIFFUSERS?

While, yes, our oils will work in your ultrasonic diffuser, we recommend using an AromaTech diffuser. All our oils are tested in an AromaTech diffuser to ensure that the integrity and consistency of the scent is maintained.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

Our aroma oils  are free from Parabens, Sulfates, Glycols, Petrochemicals, Phthalates, synthetic colours, and other additives. We are compliant with all industry inhalation and diffusion rates to ensure your comfort and safety when diffusing at home. All our scents are International Fragrance Regulatory Association (IFRA) certified and meet Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) regulatory standards by the State of California to ensure the highest standard of quality.

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES CERTIFIED?

Yes, all of AromaTech's aroma oils are regulated by IFRA, the International Fragrance Association.

ARE THEY SAFE FOR PETS?

Yes, all of our fragrances are safe to use around pets. In addition to meeting all strict VOC and inhalation regulatory standards, we also ensure that all scents we produce are free from harmful ingredients. You know your pet the best, and just like humans there are certain scents they may not enjoy. We recommend introducing your scenting system gradually, and observing your pets reaction for a few days to ensure it’s a good fit.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY AROMA OILS - DO AROMA OILS EXPIRE?

We recommend storing your oils in a cool, dark place and in their original packaging, this ensures the integrity of the oils are maintained. Aroma oils don't expire but the potency may decrease over time and components can settle. We suggest gently shaking the bottle to redistribute the ingredients.

Scent Diffusers

WHAT IS A NEBULIZING DIFFUSER?

Each of our AromaTech diffusers uses patented cold-air diffusion technology to release nanoparticles of scent into the air. AromaTech’s scent diffusers preserve the integrity of the fragrance to deliver pristine, evenly distributed scent without compromising the quality of the fragrance, rather than diluting Aroma Oils with water, heat, or alcohol.

ARE YOUR DIFFUSERS COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE?

Yes, you can use the Scenting app to control your AroMiniAroMini BT, and AT-600The Scenting app is compatible with iOS and Android devices, allowing you to control the schedule and intensity level of your diffuser via bluetooth.

The AromaTech App will connect your AromaDream and Ambience diffusers to your iOS devices, allowing you to control the schedule and intensity level of your diffuser via bluetooth. The Android app is currently in development.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY DIFFUSER MANUAL?

The diffuser manuals are available on the diffusers' product pages, under "Let's Set it Up." Simply select your diffuser from the collection page, scroll to "Let's Set it Up" where you’ll find a downloadable copy of the manual. 

WHAT CAN I USE TO CLEAN MY DIFFUSER?

We recommend cleaning your diffuser with our diffuser cleaner every 1-2 months or when you change your oil. See cleaning instructions below:
1. Empty out any remaining oil in the oil vessel.
2. Pour in a quarter inch of AromaTech Diffuser Cleaner, reassemble the diffuser parts and run on the highest intensity setting for 15 minutes.
3. Discard the used diffuser cleaner, refill the oil vessel with your favourite scent and enjoy.

Completing this process will remove any residual oil, and prevent build-up from happening inside of your unit. We'd recommend cleaning your diffuser between scents or at least every 3 months.

DOES MY DIFFUSER COME WITH WARRANTY?

All AromaTech Diffusers include a one year manufacturer’s warranty. You can purchase extended warranty,  AromaTech Care for an additional 1,2, or 3 years for each of our diffusers. 

WHAT DOES AROMATECH CARE COVER?

AromaTech Care is our optional extended warranty program that covers all mechanical and electrical failures once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Each diffuser includes the option to purchase one, two, or three years of additional AromaTech Care.

Choosing the Right Products for Your Space

HOW TO CHOOSE THE IDEAL SCENTING SYSTEM FOR YOUR SPACE

It’s important to consider the square footage of the space, how high the ceilings are, and the flow of air when choosing the right diffuser for your space. We have units suited to smaller spaces as well as professional-grade diffusers. Our professional-grade diffusers scent spaces up to 15,000  square feet. As these diffusers connect to your HVAC system they’ll scent rooms with high ceilings and will work with your ventilation system. Our standalone units scent spaces up to 4,000 square feet. Placement of our standalone units is key to ensure they’ll work with the natural flow of air. Each of these units has intensity levels that allow you to customize the amount of scent dispersed. 

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SCENT FOR YOUR SPACE

When scenting your space opt for a scent that invokes the spirit of each season or atmosphere you’re trying to create. Choose a revitalizing scent that is fresh, floral, or tea-infused. For sun-drenched summer days, a fragrance that contains fresh citrus scents and hints of coconut and sea air is recommended. During the fall a scent that contains woody or gourmand notes can create a cozy atmosphere. Switch to a rich scent filled with vanilla, cinnamon or tonka bean that matches the festive energy through the winter.

You can even change your scent throughout the day. Choose an invigorating scent to encourage productivity and a relaxing scent for downtime. Choose a nostalgic scent for family time and a glamorous floral for celebrating. It’s easy to see how refreshing your space is easy with home scenting.

WHERE TO PLACE YOUR DIFFUSER

The placement of your diffuser is important in ensuring your space is optimally scented.

                    

The ideal placement should work with the natural flow of air. It’s important not to place your diffuser by an HVAC return grill, exhaust, fan, window or doorway as the scent will flow out of the room. Ensure that there’s at least 3 feet of clearance above the diffuser so that nothing is blocking the air from passing over the diffuser and dispersing scent in the room. We recommend trying a variety of locations and settings until you are satisfied with the scent coverage. 

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT INTENSITY SETTING

The higher the intensity level, the more scent molecules are diffused into the air. We recommend starting at a low-intensity level and then working your way up, until you’ve found a level that creates your optimal scenting experience.                

Note: that a larger room or a room with high ceilings will likely require a higher scent intensity level.

Recommended Schedule Settings:

Small Space

Low intensity - Level 1-3. Operating for 4-8 hours of operation per day.

Medium Space
Medium intensity - Level 4-6. Operating for 8-10 hours of operation per day.

Large Space

High intensity - Level 7-9. Operating for 8-10 hours of operation per day.
