Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $150 within USA. All orders are shipped from our state of the art fulfillment center in USA.
Please note that orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process and approximately 5-10 business days to ship. Depending on your location shipping times may increase.
Return Policy
We continuously strive to provide the best commercial and home scenting solutions, home fragrances, and essential oils available in the world. In order to provide you with high quality products at reasonable costs we ask for no returns after 15 days of purchase.
We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused scent diffusers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund. All returns are subject to a $25 dollar restocking fee. Used fragrance diffuser must be returned within 15 days of delivery for store credit minus restocking fees.
Used scent machines not damaged due to abuse will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your AromaTech account. We will not accept the return of user damaged products.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of opened oils or damaged fragrance diffusers from regular wear and tear. Due to the intricacy of the essential oil blends and for the benefit of all our customers, once the essential oil bottle has been opened we can't accept it back. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Samples collection to select a sample pack that suits your scenting needs.
If you are not satisfied with your scent diffuser, please visit the AromaTech Returns Center to initiate your return. Please do not send back machines or oil to us without first consulting the returns center and filling out your information. This will ensure a speedy resolution. A $25 restocking fee applies on all returns.
Sale or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Sale Items
AromaTech Final Sale means that the item is marked down for the last time and no further discounts can be added and it also means the item can't be returned, refunded or exchanged for any reason. Sales and promotions don't apply to warranties, gift cards or oil subscriptions.
Refunds Policy
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return has been authorized through our Returns Center and received at our warehouse.
If your order was less than 15 days ago, you will receive a full refund for diffusers returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of used items.
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit please contact us at help@aromatechsystems.com and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any International and Canadian orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned back to AromaTech™.
What’s the Difference between Essential and Aroma Oils?
You may hear the terms “essential oil” and “aroma oil” used interchangeably, but this isn’t entirely accurate. Essential oils and aroma oils have some fundamental differences – and some key similarities. These two types of oil are chemically different, have different properties, and are priced differently, but they can often be used for the same purposes.
Essential oils
Essential oils are extracted from plants using a process known as distillation, most commonly using water or steam. This process uses many parts of the plant, including the flowers, stems, bark, and roots. The finished product is the highly concentrated essential oil, which has the same properties and scent characteristics as the original plant. That does include the smell, but it also includes other elements such as the plant’s healing and other abilities. It’s easy to see why essential oils are so popular: you get a highly potent form of the plant or herb you want to use – and you need a much smaller quantity to achieve the same effects.
Aroma Oils
A good natural aroma oil is simply an essential oil blended with other natural ingredients such as carrier oils and other essential oils to create a perfectly scented oil that can be used in a diffuser. Why not just use pure essential oils? There are several reasons:
- Essential oils are often very strong and potent; their smell can be overpowering and intolerable for sensitive individuals.
- They are much more expensive in their pure form.
- Blending essential oils with carrier and other aroma oils can result in a much more pleasant, subtle scent that can be used throughout the day to create an amiable, homely
For these reasons, essential oils are blended with other natural ingredients to form aroma oils with the perfect scent and intensity.
What to look for
There are countless aroma oils on the market, but you shouldn’t buy just any. Keep in mind that aroma oils are not all created equal. Some are made with synthetic chemicals and lab-created fragrance compounds. While these can be cheaper, they are also lower-quality when it comes to their scent and their impact on your health and mood.
