Most orders placed before 2 pm MST will go out same day. Any orders placed after 2 pm MST will go out next business day. Orders may take 1-6 business days to deliver depending on your location. The closer you are to Phoenix, AZ, the faster your order will get to you.

Keep in mind that before you buy your oil you can always sample it. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Samples collection to select a sample pack that suits your scenting needs.

Used scent machines not damaged due to abuse will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your AromaTech account. We will not accept the return of user damaged products.
If you are not satisfied with your scent diffuser, please visit the AromaTech Returns Center to initiate your return. Please do not send back machines or oil to us without first consulting the returns center and filling out your information. This will ensure a speedy resolution.
Sale or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return has been authorized through our Returns Center and received at our warehouse.
If your order was less than 15 days ago, you will receive a full refund for diffusers returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of used items.
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit please contact us at email@example.com and we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any International and Canadian orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned back to AromaTech™.
