All orders are shipped out of our centrally located distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona. USA.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to the holiday rush, shipping and processing times may take longer than usual. Please allow 2-5 business days for fulfillment and 5-7 days for shipping.

At this time we're not able to make adjustments or cancel orders after they have been placed. Kindly make sure to check that the contents of your order, shipping address, and payment method are correct before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

We always offer support in choosing the right scent and diffuser for your space. If you're not satisfied with your purchase please connect with our Client Experience team via email, chat, or phones. We offer complimentary returns within contiguous USA, and Canada on products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Note that final sale items are not eligible for return and shipping charges are non refundable.

If you’d like to request a return please visit the AromaTech Returns Center to initiate a request. Please do not send back diffusers or oil without first consulting the returns center and filling out your information. This will ensure a speedy resolution.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return request has been authorized through the AromaTech Returns Center and received by our warehouse it will take 5-10 business days to process. You’ll receive an email notification upon the completion of the return processing.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our Extended Holiday Return policy means that any purchase made after November 24th is eligible for return until January 4th or within 30 days of delivery, whichever is longer.

DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any International and Canadian orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Please note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned back to AromaTech™.
