The app is called AromaTech and is available for both iOS and Android devices.

DOES THE AROMINI BT PLUS WORK WITH AN IPHONE OR A GOOGLE PHONE?

Yes our AromaTech app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices.

WHAT SIZE ROOM CAN AROMINI BT PLUS COVER?

Because the AroMini BT Plus allows you to adjust the scent intensity it can be used in rooms of varying sizes. It is most effective in spaces ranging from 10 to 1500 square feet (10 to 100 square meters) and is ideal for living rooms bedrooms and offices.

WHERE CAN I PLACE THE AROMINI BT PLUS?

We recommend placing your AroMini BT Plus on a flat surface where it has access to the space’s natural airflow. (Our user manual has more detailed information on how to choose an optimal spot.)

DO I NEED TO ADJUST AROMINI BT PLUS?

Because the AroMini BT Plus is a powerful device we recommend starting at the lowest setting and slowly increasing the intensity to find your desired level. Simply use the + and – buttons to adjust from level 1 (min) to 9 (max) one the device or using our Scenting app.

HOW STRONG SHOULD I MAKE THE SCENT?

We recommend using a low setting to start—even a subtle scent is enough to elevate your mood and your space. Keep in mind that we become accustomed to fragrances quickly; if you feel it’s fading try leaving the room and returning with a fresh nose to get a better feel of how strong it is.

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE AROMINI BT PLUS BOTTLE?

The AroMini BT Plus holds 60 ml of diffuser oil. Please only use our specially designed bottles in your diffuser.

HOW LONG DOES A BOTTLE OF OIL LAST?

It depends on your preferred scent level. Running your diffuser for eight hours a day a 60ml bottle will last about three months at a light intensity two months at a medium intensity or one month at a high intensity. To avoid wasting oil we recommend using the AroMini BT Plus’s 24-hour timer to set a scenting schedule.

CAN I SET THE TIMER FOR DIFFERENT TIMES EVERY DAY?

Yes. Our AromaTech app allows you to have up to five different schedules for your AroMini BT Plus.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE OIL CONSUMPTION OF THE AROMINI BT PLUS?

Oil consumption varies according to the consistency of the oil being used. Average oil consumption ranges from 0.50 ml to 0.80 ml per hour.

WHAT IF MY UNIT DOES NOT TURN ON?

Check to make sure the power adaptor is properly plugged into both the DC power jack and your wall outlet. If this doesn’t work please let us know and we’ll help get you sorted.

WHAT IF MY UNIT DOES NOT SCENT OR THERE IS ALMOST NO SCENT COMING OUT?

Check first that there is scent oil remaining in the bottle and that the bottle is screwed in straight and snug. If this doesn’t fix the issue the device may be in rest mode it may be turned off or the diffuser core may be clogged and require cleaning. Please check your manual or reach out for additional information on diffuser maintenance.

WHAT KINDS OF OILS CAN I PUT IN MY HOME DIFFUSER?

AromaTech scent oils have a specific viscosity that’s optimal for use in our cold-air diffusers. We don’t recommend using other oils (including standard aromatherapy and essential oils) as they may contain base oils or have a thicker consistency that can clog the machine and cause damage.

IS THE AROMINI BT PLUS SAFE TO USE WITH CHILDREN AND PETS?

Our diffusers and scent oils are child– and pet-friendly. Please note that many animals are more sensitive to smells than humans; if you do have pets in the home we recommend using a low setting on your diffuser.

HOW DOES THE AROMINI BT PLUS DIFFER FROM REGULAR DIFFUSERS?

Aerosol sprays diffuse very large particles that drop to the ground the moment they are sprayed resulting in a very short scent effect that can’t be controlled. Similarly ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to diffuse tiny amounts of scent oil. The AroMini BT Plus uses an innovative nebulizing technology that allows for more powerful consistent and continuous scenting. Without using heat or water it turns scent oils into an ultrafine dry mist dispersing fragrances in their purest form. It is quieter than traditional diffusers and leave no residue behind.
