The Air Stream BT Single air handler scent delivery system utilizes cold-air diffusion technology to provide the highest quality aroma with no residue left behind. Cold-air diffusion preserves the integrity of aroma and essential oils, so you can receive the maximum olfactive and therapeutic benefits, without heat, evaporation, or diluting the oils in water or alcohol. LET’S SET IT UP

Fill up the aluminum 4 litre drum with 1 half gallon drum or (8) 500ml bottles of your favorite aroma oil.
Screw the bottle into the diffuser.
Connect the air pump (black box) to the diffuser with the oil drum using supplies air tube.
Drill a 1/2 inch hole inside your air duct and insert an air tube from the diffuser into the air duct. Make sure to keep the tube straight, avoid kinks and coils. Insert the tube into the duct work of the air supply,
past the filters and coils never on the return side.
Keep the air tube from diffuser to the air duct as short as possible, recommended length is 6 – 15 inches.
Keep the air tube from the air pump (black box) to the diffuser max 10 feet.
Plug the power adaptor into the scent machine and then into the wall outlet.
Using the 24/7 Sunday – Monday internal digital timer set local time and hours of operation of the device.
Using the + and – buttons to control the scent intensity.
LCD display will indicate the scent level from 1 (low) through 20 (high).

Remember, less is more! Start at the lowest setting and allow the scent to spread throughout your space before increasing the intensity.

What size room can Air Stream BT Single handle?

The Air Stream BT Single is fully adjustable for different size areas. It is most effective in spaces of up to 7000 square feet. Depending on the essential or aroma oil you use it may cover more area since some oils are more potent then others.

Where can I place the Air Stream BT Single?

You must place the Air Stream BT Single on a flat surface. If placing on the table top or a shelf make sure it doesn’t tip. Alternatively you can wall mount the diffuser with a drum when connecting to your HVAC system. If wall mounting the Air Stream Single drum with diffuser make sure it is secured properly. Refer to the User Manual for more details and how to connect to HVAC (air conditioning and heating system).

Do I need to adjust Air Stream BT Single?

Yes! Air Stream BT Single is a very powerful device that can handle very large spaces such as casino floors retail stores gyms spas stadiums and much more. If the scenting system is set too high for the room size it can cause discomfort for some people. Adjusting scent intensity is easy. Simply touch the up and down button on the device to adjust from level 1 (min) to level 20 (max). Start at level 1 and work your way up if needed.

How strong should I make the scent?

Remember less is more. The Air Stream BT Single allows you to get rid of bad odours and create a unique ambience with small amounts of scent. Unlike other air fresheners the Air Stream BT Single can be adjusted with a simple touch. Human nose gets used to scent very fast so if you don’t smell the scent anymore that doesn’t mean it’s not there. Simply leave the scented area and re-enter with a fresh nose to get a better feel of how strong it is.

What is the capacity of the Air Stream BT Single bottle?

The Air Stream BT Single takes (2) half gallon drums or (8) 500 ml bottles of oil. The fragrance diffuser is designed to only use the AromaTech bottle specific to the diffuser and essential and aroma oils.

How long does the essential oil last in the bottle?

The Air Stream BT Single uses (2) half gallon drums or (8) 500 ml bottle of aroma oils that will last approximately 8 months with daily usage running about 16 hours a day. To preserve your aroma oil we highly recommend using the internal 24/7 timer and set it up so that the diffuser doesn’t run at night time unless required. Depending on the aroma oil you are using that time may increase or decrease. Some home fragrance oils diffuse a lot faster due to their consistency and viscosity.

What is the average oil consumption of the Air Stream BT Single

Oil consumption strongly depends on the essential or aroma oil used. Essential oils diffuse faster then aroma oils. Average oil consumption ranges from 1 ml. – 3 ml. per hour.

What if my unit does not turn on?

Check to make sure the power adaptor is properly plugged into the DC power jack and the electrical source. If hours of operation timer is set incorrectly and you are trying to diffuse during the time that the machine is programmed to be off the Air Stream BT single will not scent. Refer to the User Manual for more details.

How do I unlock the LCD display if it is locked and I can’t control the device?

The Air Stream BT Single’s intuitive timer is designed to lock itself (shut off) after 10 seconds if not in use. To unlock the display simply press and hold the SET button for 5 seconds.

What if my unit does not scent or there is almost no scent coming out?

Check first that there is an aroma oil in the bottle and the bottle is screwed in straight and snug. If there is fragrance in the bottle but you still don’t smell anything then either the device is in rest or pause mode turned off or the diffuser core is clogged and needs cleaning. Please see “Care & Maintenance” instructions.

How do I connect the Air Stream BT Single to the HVAC (air conditioning system)?

Will the Air Stream BT Single scent machine cover my entire business?

It can but it depends on how big your space is and how many air handlers you have. If you have more then 1 air handler you will require and additional HVAC scenting system.

What type of oils can I put in my fragrance system?

Use only AromaTech diffuser blends; other blends and oils may contain base oils that could result in clogging the device. Many single note essential oils should not be used in the diffuser. Single note essential oils may have a thick or heavy consistency that can clog the diffuser and cause it to stop diffusing scent. AromaTech diffuser blends have been carefully blended to be effective for you and safe and easy to use in your cold-air diffuser.

Is Air Stream BT Single safe to use with children and pets

Yes. When used as directed and only with AromaTech essential and aroma oil blends Air Stream BT Single is the safest cold-air diffuser available. Make sure to request SDS if you require more info about the oil being diffused.

How does Air Stream BT Single differ from aerosol and ultrasonic diffuser?

Aerosol sprays diffuser very large particles that drop to the ground the moment they are sprayed providing very high concentrations just in the area they were sprayed. The scent effect is very short and can’t be controlled. Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to diffuse very tiny amounts of essential and aroma oils. With the Air Stream BT Single there is no diluting with water or other carrier oils required. The scent particles diffused suspend for several hours providing the most subtle and comfortable scented environment. The Air Stream BT Single provides a perfectly balanced scented environment continuously and in low dosage without alcohol water propellants or other harmful VOCs.

Is Air Stream BT Single Diffuser Eco-Friendly?
